In the month of love, as couples celebrate their relationships and milestones, let us celebrate ourselves too. The journey and relationship we have with ourselves is a unique and complex linkage for a very long time to come. Understanding that we have multiple masks and image, our persona is an important part of the Self that allows us to form, build, and keep our connection with others in our life. 

In this session, explore what it means to work with our persona, and how this psychological archetype concept by Carl Jung is very much related to be in awestruck upon loving the Self - the person we were, are now, and becoming. 

Participants will be engaged in the creation of at least one (1) heart-shaped container through an insightful self-love process of art-making.
