Shadows can only exist when there’s light source. However often times, we do not recognize our shadows as they can be pretty insignificant to our day-to-day moments. But when we do notice our shadows, they can be odd-sized and does not reflect the physical being of ourselves. This odd-sized and -shaped shadows are still a part of who we are.

In our session that builds upon our PERSONA side of the Self, we will be looking into how our SHADOW side of the Self – as Carl Jung coins it the dark side of our personality– can be a crucial part to loving the Self by merging and assimilating our unconscious archetype with the lighter brighter side of our PERSONA. 

Participants will be engaged in the creation of at least one (1) shadow art at the end of the session.
